Lesk Life Insurance (“we,” “us”) operates lesklifeinsurance.com. This policy explains what information we collect through the site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Information you send us. When you submit a contact or policy review form, we receive the name, email address, phone number, and message you provide, and any policy statement you choose to upload.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps) to operate and secure the site. We do not run advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, prepare a policy review, or provide quotes you asked for.
• To communicate with you about your inquiry by phone, text, or email.
• To meet our record-keeping obligations as a licensed Florida insurance agency.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing. Information is shared only with insurance carriers when you apply for coverage, and with service providers (such as our website host and form processor) who handle it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

Policy documents you upload

Uploaded statements are stored by our form processor and reviewed by Todd Lesk personally. Please do not include Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or other information not needed for a review; we can request anything else directly from you or the carrier.

Retention

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and as required by Florida insurance regulations. You may ask us to delete information we hold about you at any time, subject to those requirements.

Your choices

You can decline to provide any information, opt out of further contact by replying “stop” to a text or asking by email, and request a copy or deletion of your information by writing to todd@lesklifeinsurance.com.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do.
